Preparing For Your 1st Visit:
- Please print and bring completed forms to your 1st visit
- Hydration is key to ensure the best results. Drink at least 1-2 liters of water starting the day before and the day of your BIE session
- It is best to avoid coffee, alcohol, energy drinks and the use of anti-histamines the day before and the day of your appointment
- Bring a sample of your drinking water in small labeled glass/plastic container
- Dress comfortably, we will be working with acupuncture points and bare feet
